At DAKS, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your DAKS account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Parcel

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our quality control team.
